As a founder of Spinner Mortgage, Ted has built his company knowing that taking care of the personal produces a strong financial base. By listening to individual clients, Ted gains a solid understanding of their unique needs and concerns. This superior service and integrity allows him to provide the best loan for each client. Spinner Mortgage has grown from this philosophy. Repeat clients and their referrals have helped to make this company into one of the Bay Area's premiere mortgage brokerage firms.

A native of the Peninsula, Ted, his wife Jennifer and two young sons, still makes this area their home. An avid outdoorsman, Ted loves fishing, outdoor activities, and muscle cars. He helps support a variety of community organizations such as the American Cancer Society, the San Mateo Humane Society, the American Red Cross, and various Asian American organizations.

Ted graduated from St. Ignatius and UC Davis and is a member in good standing of both the California and National Associations of Mortgage Brokers.
