Bio
I have been working in the real estate business since 2001 as a Mortgage Broker and Realtor.
I have a unique combination of analytical skills, people skills, negotiation skills, creative skills, organizational skills, along with being very detailed oriented. Working as both a Realtor and Mortgage Broker has given me great experience and knowledge in all parts many different real estate transactions. I have experience in short sales, foreclosures, FHA loans, complicated loans where the borrower has multiple businesses or properties, and much more. I have good relationships with my clients, other realtors, and many different lenders. I really care about each of my clients and work hard to make sure that they are happy with their transactions.
Although with a Broker’s license, I could work independently, I have chosen to work with Bayview Residential. Bayview has over 100 agents working there, so I am able to get the best pricing for mortgages from many different lenders as most lenders offer us an improvement in their rates because of our large volume of business. Bayview is a partner with many different lenders so I am able to choose a lender that best suits each clients needs.
Prior to working in the Real Estate business, I worked in software engineering for 20 years. I was the technical lead in the first pen-based computer, the Palm Pilot at Palm Computing. Later I moved into management and was the VP of Engineering at a few different companies. My undergraduate degree is in Engineering from UCONN.
I work hard and I am committed to providing the best service and expertise to my clients for all of their real estate needs.
