As a California Real Estate/Mortgage Broker, for over 30 years, I've helped hundreds of clients buy and refinance homes.

In 2004 I created a non-profit institute that provided seminars about federal, state, and local assistance available to first time buyers. We helped many school teachers, firemen, and police officers achieve their dream of homeownership.
